The corporate spec suite on the 16th floor of 33 N LaSalle St is light and bright thanks to the innovative design by BOX Studios. This turn-key office space offers potential tenants a distinctively modern template, accepting of any brand’s individual identity.

A full-glass front entry with direct elevator access delivers a feeling of luxury upon arrival into the space. Immediately greeted by a richly textured feature wall and large TV monitor, guests are instantly connected with the tenant through technology. The versatile and dynamic media display achieves a lasting first impression that can easily transition between strategic company branding and other key visual information.

The transitional reception area is marked by light-colored vinyl wood plank flooring, thoughtfully installed on an angle to energize the already bright space. A custom millwork welcome desk is anchored by 2 overlapping decorative luminaires above and concrete-like vinyl tile flooring below.
Prominently located on the perimeter window wall of the reception area, the main board room boasts a floor-to-ceiling glass front allowing natural light to penetrate throughout. Intensifying the airy freshness of the area is a refreshment station with lounge chairs that acts as both a waiting area for visitors and a break-out space from the main board room.

Flowing into the inner workspaces, mid-tone grey carpet tile with dynamic patterns and light wood wallcoverings on the soffits add warmth to the neutral canvas upon which the remaining color palette was built.

Open ceilings painted bright white are speckled with sleek linear direct and indirect pendant light fixtures that create an even, ambient glow under which a mix of seating types and heights reside. These eclectic open office areas provide destinations to meet, eat or retreat during the business day.

The end result created by BOX Studios is a balance between non-specific programming and interesting design details, for a feeling of high-end meets comfortable.
