The design intent for this existing dental office in the Chicago suburbs was to provide a modern, spa-like space within a small building footprint. Additionally, the new design needed to capture a more congruous “flow” in disjointed areas of the office and patient rooms.
Project Design:
Organic elements, natural textures and a warm palette of neutral colors provide a soothing and comforting atmosphere for patients. Custom resin doors containing real plant fibers exude translucency and light while maintaining client privacy. Dark bamboo flooring paired with light solid-surface countertops and fine-grain cabinetry adds drama and cohesion to the space. In all, the spa-like quality of the environment enhances the total experience for the clientele and bestows an air of security and relaxation.
